How long will it take to ship my order?
Please allow up to two weeks for processing! I have a job aside from this store, and can only get so much done as I am a one-person shop. Once your order is handed off to USPS, it is completely out of my control how fast it arrives. If you have a set date you need an order to arrive, please contact me beforehand.
I accidently put in the wrong address, now what?
Please shoot me an email as soon as you notice so I can fix it! If it is shipped out by the time you contact me, I will not be able to change it and I do not offer refunds for mislabeled address, sorry! If your package is returned to me due to a mis-labeled address, you will have to re-pay for the shipping, or I can refund the order (the refund will NOT include the original shipping cost)
I accidently bought something I don't want, what should I do?
Shoot me an email and I can send a refund! Please know that there may be some fees from the payment provider during the refund process, so you may not get the full amount. If your order is already shipped out by the time you email me, I will be unable to offer any refunds.
My order came damaged or missing a product, what should I do?
Contact me with what came damaged/missing and we can work something out!
Will x product restock?
Almost all of my available merchandise is rotational. If an item is sold out, theres a decent chance it either wont restock, or wont restock for quite a bit. (Most prints and shaker keychains will restock semi-frequently) Any merch listed under "LAST CHANCE" will not restock
Do you ship internationally?
As I am based in the US, the only items I offer internationally are tapestry orders. I am also able to ship sticker only orders to Canada and the UK
